Sunday shopping in Söllingen
On Sunday, when shops are open, the listed Villa Räuchle opens its doors. There is also a fine art market with various artists and crafts, such as paintings, objects, printed matter, sculptures and jewelry. Many exhibits remain on display beyond Sunday and can be viewed during normal opening hours or by appointment. The local history association also offers a guided tour of the listed building. Open from 12-6 p.m.

Art for the garden
A project by the company KNUMOX. The ART elements "Eden" are now in Nagold at the company Architare. The outdoor terrace of the designer furniture store is accessible at any time. Soon the unusual wind and privacy protection elements made of glass will be surrounded by garden furniture. It's worth a visit!
Before one of my works leaves me, it gets the final "finish". A final varnish highlights the brilliance of the colors, the picture appears more even and at the same time the varnish protects against various environmental influences. For example, the finished oil painting is protected against dirt, dust, scratches, the typical yellowing of oil paints and the possible consequences of strong UV radiation. A painting is only really finished after the varnish! However, it can take several months before a final varnish can be applied. Therefore, I always wait as long as possible or, if the work is sold early, I simply pick it up from the customer again after a while.

Badischer Kunstverein, Members' Exhibition 2021 December 21, 2021 - January 23, 2022 The mask requirement and the general distance and hygiene regulations apply. The contact details of the visitors are recorded via a contact form or with the Luca app. Proof of vaccination or recovery must be provided in the form of a QR code via the app or in paper form (the yellow vaccination certificate is no longer sufficient). An official identification document (identity card or passport) must be presented for verification.

I look forward to seeing many interested people! Due to the current full closure of the B10 in Berghausen, Söllingen can be reached via Durlach/Stupferich/Kleinsteinbach. Alternatively, if you are coming from Grötzingen or Berghausen, take Brückstraße/Stadion in Berghausen towards Söllingen - Reetzstraße industrial estate (see sketch)
The 2nd Durlach-Art was a complete success. I was in the Protestant community hall with other artists. I am already looking forward to the third edition of this great event in 2023.
